With summer just around the corner, everyone’s trying to get fit and get their body beach-ready. While you may see many girls running around campus, here’s a fun workout to switch up your stale routine. We tried this workout ourselves – it took us about 25 minutes and was really fun to do, especially when you you have a friend with you! Admittedly, it was tough in the beginning but just it gets easier when the reps decrease. At the end of it, this workout made us feel awake, accomplished and alive!

A tip? We had music on during the entire activity which got us excited and energetic. We made a workout soundtrack so here are some of the songs we listened to while we sweated it out.
